This document is published in accordance with Rule 3(1) of the Information Technology (Intermediaries Guidelines) Rules, 2011, which requires publishing the rules, regulations, privacy policy, and Terms of Use for access or usage of the domain https://aravallifoundation.odoo.com/ (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”), including the related mobile site and mobile application (collectively, the “Platform”).

The Platform is owned and operated by ARAVALLI FUTURE FOUNDATION FOR SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT, a Section 8 company incorporated under the Companies Act, 1956, with its registered office at 35-Dhuleshwar Garden, C Scheme, Jaipur, India (hereinafter referred to as “Platform Owner”, “we”, “us”, “our”). We operate as a non-profit organization promoting sustainable development, but we also engage in business activities related to sustainable products and accept donations to support our initiatives. Donations received are used exclusively for charitable activities in line with our objectives.

Your use of the Platform, services, and tools is governed by these Terms of Use, which include applicable policies incorporated by reference. By using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you transact on the Platform or make a donation, you shall also be subject to the applicable policies for such transactions. Any additional or conflicting terms proposed by you are expressly rejected. These Terms may be modified at any time, and it is your responsibility to review them periodically.

For these Terms of Use, “you”, “your”, or “user” refers to any natural or legal person using the Platform, registering, transacting, purchasing sustainable products, or making donations.

ACCESSING, BROWSING OR OTHERWISE USING THE PLATFORM INDICATES YOUR AGREEMENT TO ALL THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS UNDER THESE TERMS OF USE, SO PLEASE READ THE TERMS OF USE CAREFULLY BEFORE PROCEEDING.

Key Conditions of Use:

1. Registration and Information

2. Donations

   Donations made through the Platform are voluntary and will be used solely for charitable activities in line with our objectives. All donations are non-refundable unless required by law or specific agreements.

4. Use at Your Own Risk

   Your use of the Platform and Services is entirely at your own risk. You are responsible for assessing whether the Services or products meet your needs.

6. Payment

   You agree to pay the charges associated with availing the Services, purchasing sustainable products, or participating in fundraising events.

   You agree not to use the Platform or Services for unlawful or prohibited activities under Indian or local laws.

   The Platform may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their privacy policies or practices.

9. Transactions

   Initiating a transaction through the Platform creates a legally binding contract with the Platform Owner.

10. Indemnity

    You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Platform Owner, affiliates, officers, and employees against claims or penalties arising from your breach of these Terms or applicable laws.

11. Force Majeure

    We are not liable for failure to perform obligations due to events beyond our control, including natural disasters, strikes, or governmental actions.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

    These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellations are accepted within 2 days of placing an order. Orders already shipped or in delivery cannot be cancelled; you may reject delivery.

2. Perishable items are non-cancellable, but refunds/replacements are possible if quality issues are established.

3. Damaged or defective items must be reported within 2 days of receipt for verification and resolution.

4. Refunds approved will be processed within 7 days.

Return Policy

1. Refunds or exchanges are accepted within 2 days of purchase if items are unused, in original packaging, and not part of a non-returnable category.

2. Sale items may not be eligible for return or exchange.

3. Approved returns/exchanges are processed after inspection and quality checks.

Shipping Policy

1. Orders are shipped through registered domestic courier companies or speed post within 10 days of order or as per confirmed delivery date.

2. Delivery addresses must be accurate. Platform Owner is not liable for courier delays.

3. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless otherwise specified.
